Well summer is over and another year of study is to commence, but let us not forget that all work and no play makes John a dull boy or Gill a dull girl! So I hope that you all had an eventful summer of travel,kayaking and socializing! And to those like myself who just worked through the summer, treat yourself to something nice! Reap what you sow!
So I hope to see a good turn out of new and old faces joining DCU Canoe Club for the craic and good times! Regardless of your level of kayaking experience, from never having sat in a kayak to Olympic standard there's a warm welcome to one and all!

The fun and good times shall be in super quantities this year with fresher sessions commencing soon after Clubs and Socs day which is on 6/10/09 Be There! And River Runs beginning also!
Not to mention Achill, the big trip of the year! What happens in Achill stays in Achill!!
We also won the Kayak intervarsities last year woop-woop! And we will be competing hard again this year with some fresh faces and new blood in our team this year hopefully!!
In the Canoe Club we work hard, train hard and Play Hard!

So to all the new members out there, Don't be afraid of good times and great nights out join the club that's guaranteed to get YOU wet and wild: DCU Canoe Club!
