I have sorted a loan of boats off jimmy who is heading to the comp with Jimmy's Crew(another div3 team). We will however still need to pick up helmets, buoyancy aids and paddles from the container....which shouldn't be to much hassle!!

The plan is to camp right next to the polo pitches, and the easiest form of transport to get down there appears to be CIE bus to Birdhill(north Tipperary) at 20.00 on Friday evening leaving from Dublin Busaras and then to get a taxi from there to killaloe or walk. We will be arriving quite late 23.20 in birdhill but it takes about 4mins to get to killaloe by car...(aka taxi or we walk)

I was told there was only 4, and that I was needed! That was clearly a lie!

There was when Catherine was talking to you. But then Alan said he could go...anyways the more the merrier:D You up for it??

And will there be any training in WW over the week?

If people are interested we could probably have a training session on thursday evening....(but will have to get the keys from Alan to open the container!)

Really not sure if I can make it down. Want too, but I've a lot of thesis stuff to do. If I do go I'll be driving myself though. I'll let ye know in time that I can give some lifts though.

That is not very useful, the dark blue team has way too many players, If you can get away with that it's a great strategy, but I don't think the refs will get that bad!

Yeah we will be pretty late putting the tents up, but its the only bus that we can all make! (don't want to leave anybody stranded in Birdhill(god knows what could happen:P) Just pray for nice weather and maybe bring a torch!!

Also just checked the tent - it's actually fecking huge; room for one more is an understatement... Seriously I don't think it's worth carrying for just myself...!?

Oh, and also - whats the story with gear? Bring a bouyancy and helmet for me!

Have ye a timetable? may do a bit of compromising and try get down Saturday evening. Wont be able to make the full weekend anyway.
