For those who already have a REC 3 but may be looking for a refresher course\, still put your name down\, and mention that you need a refresher. If enough people sign up to do the first one\, than it may be possible to organise a refresher course separately.

Every club will get a section of river in their local area to do.
It'll be great publicity as RTE and other media outlets will be covering it as well as doing our bit for the community. Not sure what section of river we will do yet\, probably a section of the lifey or tolka. Any suggestions?
